Frank–

I have a BA in Elementary Education, however, my love and passion is in telling stories through photography. My career in photography began in 1998. Soon after, Through These Eyes Photography was born. During my time as a journalist at the NY Daily News I soon realized how many people have never been professionally photographed. For many wedding couples this is also true. Its also the main reason I do complimentary engagement photo shoots, so we can get to know one another before your big day. And it allows you to become comfortable in front of the camera before your big day. I truly fell in love with the personal connections made with families during some of their most memorable family moments. All unique and special in their own way. I am now located in Palm Beach County with my wife and our beloved cats. I am looking forward to “Turning Your Moments Into Memories”.

During my time away from the camera I find happiness and calm just being outside in nature. You can usually find me hiking, kayaking, or at the beach with my wife Erica. We have been together since 1996. Yes, she has been around during this whole journey and is a huge part of the success of Through These Eyes.

I seem to have endless hobbies, some even turned into side jobs. I spent many years brewing beer. At first as a home brewer and then professionally as a head brewer. I love to cook/bake and decided to go to culinary school. That earned me the job and title, head chef at our home. While living in upstate NY I learned how to make cheese, sausages, and ice cream. Canning is also a big thing in our house. You name it and I have canned it.

Erica and I do not have kids, rather cats. They our the joy of my life and bring me endless happiness. Each with their own unique personality. Ashley, who is my favorite adopted me when she was only 4 weeks old. She could sit on my lap for hours, loved car rides, and even came to a few weddings over the years.

I graduated as a Massage Therapist in 1997. It was not what loved – I really wanted to work with kids, so I returned back to school to become a physical therapist. I graduated in 2004 with my Masters in PT and returned to get my Doctorate graduating in 2007. I am currently a Pediatric Physical Therapist. I started learning the photography business while helping photograph kids sports photography with Frank. For the families that we have photographed that have had special needs children, it had brought them comfort that I understand their child and can assist with positioning and redirecting needs. After assisting on many family/ couple photo shoots I realized I liked working with my husband and started to take more interest in learning the camera and taking pictures. Thus, now joining him when doing wedding and family events as a second photographer. And a controller of all things traffic flow.

We enjoy: CATS! Haha. We do not have children and our cats are our babies. During our free time we love being out in nature hiking, camping, kayaking, and relaxing on the beach. And yes our cats have taken a few trips with us doing these things as well. We love to travel! Besides traveling in the US, we have been to several places including Costa Rica, Jamaica, St. Martin, St. Thomas, and Aruba. On a few special occasions we had the opportunity to check out weddings of different cultures while on vacation.
